Reach out before you check out — message us and we'll talk through the options we can offer.

Don't check out on the site — the storefront charges sales tax automatically and we'd have to refund it after the fact. Instead, request a tax-free invoice. Once we have your Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate (Form 01-339) on file, we'll send you a private checkout link with the sales tax zeroed out.

Every PureShield is manufactured to order. Once your order is placed, we'll confirm your build and delivery window by email.

Your shield ships in two parts: the acrylic panels come directly from our fabricator, and the hardware and starter kit ship from us. Inspect everything on arrival — damage claims are accepted within 24 hours of delivery at damage@pureshields.com.

Yes — just set the quantity on the product page. Every shield is $6,500 delivered, however many you order.
